If it's korean,everybody is one of the favorite food

<COOK TIP>

1. you need to heat the grill.
2. when it's hot enough, place the meat
3. it will sizzle..yumm
4.now, you should not turn over the pork too frequently to cook it evenly. it will ruin the pork. you will lose the juice, and the pork turns tough.
5.when it's partly golden brown(this is not bacon!! you should not burn it or make it complete brown!!) you turn the pork over.
6.and when the other side is done, you can now enjoy the samkyup-sal wrapped up with lettuce.
7. there's no such thing as medium-rare in cooking pork. you need to make it kind of well-done. the microorganisms or parasites in pork is a bit more harmful than in beef.
